Transformational Yoga Therapy
At Kajal's Wellness Tree, I offer Transformational Yoga Therapy, a specialised modality that helps release trauma from joints and muscle fibres through yoga movement, breathwork, meditation, sound and mantra therapy.
This therapy works powerfully with the nervous system, shifting it from a state of fear (sympathetic) to one of balance and safety (ventral vagal). By deeply engaging with the nervous system, this self-purification process enables you to become more resilient and better equipped to handle the chaos and trauma surrounding relationship breakdowns.
In my sessions, I blend therapeutic yoga practices with functional movement to help you rebuild physical strength and flexibility, while breathwork and meditation cultivate inner awareness and mental clarity.
