Breath Coaching

At Kajal's Wellness Tree, I offer specialised breathwork sessions designed to build resilience and support you through the chaos and trauma of relationship breakdowns. Conscious breathing is a powerful tool for restoring balance and vitality, and my breath coaching sessions teach you techniques that calm and balance the nervous system, regulate bodily functions, and promote overall well-being.

Breathwork helps shift your nervous system from a state of stress (sympathetic) to one of relaxation and safety (ventral vagal). By consciously controlling your breath, you activate your body's natural relaxation response, which reduces anxiety and enhances emotional resilience. These techniques help regulate heart rate, lower blood pressure, and improve digestion, creating a sense of calm and stability amidst emotional turmoil.
