Initial Consultation and Talking Therapy:
We begin with a comprehensive 90-minute consultation to understand your unique story and challenges. This is our first session. At this time, I will have an opportunity to hear your story. This is a chance for you to share what you’ve been through, what you’re struggling with, and what you are hoping to get out of coaching. Together we will create an action plan to get you on your way to feeling better. This in-depth session helps us uncover your emotional and physical needs, allowing us to craft a personalised plan that aligns with your goals. I am able to read the body and release the blocked prana. By intuitively scanning your energetic field, I identify imbalances or blockages that may be hindering your well-being. Once we uncover these disruptions, we can clear energy pathways, helping your life force flow freely and laying a solid foundation for holistic healing. Whether you're seeking relief from specific ailments or simply looking to rejuvenate, my holistic approach to body scanning brings comprehensive healing to every session.
Massage Therapy:
Branching out, I offer massage therapy, a gentle yet effective way to relieve physical and emotional tension while stimulating energy flow. Reiki:
At the canopy of my Wellness Tree is reiki, an ancient practice of channelling universal life force energy through gentle touch or hand placement above the body. As a conduit for this potent energy, I guide it to where it's needed most, restoring harmony and activating your body's innate healing abilities.
